Ploss Timber Management. This matter had to deal with ownership of trees . Customer did a complete survey after job was underway an agreement was made . There is still trees standing till this day at residence! Reason it took a while for final payment is it takes time to figure out who's trees are who's when there is a boundary dispute .All logs removed were paid for as to terms of contract. Not fault of Ploss timber management that all trees were put into the agreement were not owned by customer. When this happens it's unfortunate for all parties involved.

Review: John P[redacted] approached us several times wanting to cut down and sell our black walnut trees. He gave us a guaranteed minimum amount he would pay us with the comment he thought he could get us much more than that. He proceeded to have the trees cut down on October 16, 2014. He sold the large portions of tree trunks over the next month or so. He paid us for the first load that was taken which was about half the promised amount. After that he avoided us and never answered calls or texts. Finally, months later he did respond to a text letting us know he never received the money from the last buyer but promised to get us our money when he sold his next batch of trees within a week. We never heard from him again despite our numerous calls and texts. John P[redacted] approached us multiple times wanting to purchase

our black walnut trees . He gave us a guaranteed minimum amount that we would

be paid for them with the claim that we might get much more. He proceeded to

have the walnut trees in our yard cut down on October 16, 2014. He as well as

several "buyers" removed the larger pieces of tree trunks over a

period of about a month. He paid us after some delays for the first tree that

was removed from the yard, which was half of the "guaranteed amount",

but never paid for the bulk of the trees. After months of trying to reach him,

he finally sent a text claiming he never received payment from the last buyer

but that it wasn't our problem and he would still get the money to us. After

months of waiting and not having our texts and calls answered we decided to

report him. Desired Settlement: We want to be paid the remainder of the money John Pl[redacted] owes us for removing the black walnut trees from our property.We want to be paid the rest of the money for the black

walnut trees taken from our property.
