These are proof that my unit had bugs prior to me moving in. I have more pictures as well of my daughter's bed with no traces of bed bugs and of the smoke detector
In response to your recent complaint we did find that our system was not properly working. We have agreed to remove the late fee for this resident. The manager has contacted the resident to inform him that his account has been revised. Please let me know if you have any further questions or...
