Apparently the carrier had an incident with the delivery of the product I ordered (bleach 121 oz) and is returning it.
I do not live in Richmond, VA and the delivery never made it to my home. I did not have an opportunity to refuse it.
This must be ALL on the carrier for damage in process! So they bear the burden of fraud as well. I don’t believe that this is neither company’s policy but instead an employee of whom a work ethic must be examined and same employee given opportunity to find employment elsewhere.
