Horrible customer service. Offensive to customers. Never finished installation of our pool liner. Did a quick job not cleaning up pool stairs and floor before installing new liner and now we have sharp pieces and rough areas that you can feel under the liner. Then for the extra work we requested, they over billed twice as much as they quoted for the work and even billed an inflated sales tax amount on top of it. Cannot be relied on or trusted to do what they say.
