take up to 30 days to receive a refund and a check would be issued to the Estate of her mother, due to verifying the correct balance.On 12/05/2017 a payment was received and on 12/18/2017 a payment was then posted to the account. On 01/17/18, the same day of the conversation, a refund check # [redacted] dated 01/17/2018 was processed acid provided to [redacted]. The check cleared on January 24, 2018.As Executive Director, I wish that the explanation and understanding of the issue between Kim and [redacted] regarding the process of issuing a refund would have been handled more satisfactorily. We apologize for not providing more accurate and timely answers to [redacted] and we will review our process to prevent future misunderstandings related to refunds.Please contact me if additional information in needed or if there are any questions.
