I am rejecting this response because:Rregardless of lease terms or laws it is a matter of professionalism as well as business ethics to offer such explanation. The only reason to not offer any reason for refusing to allow a tenant, whom the management has destribed as a great tenant, to renew their lease is fear of legal action. Just to clarify, when someone receives an End of Term notice it is not an eviction. It is just notification that when there contract is up they will need to move out. It is also not a requirement within this lease agreement and maybe even the state of Utah to give or provide cause or...
