Please accept this letter as my response to the above complaint. [redacted] purchased a 2004 [redacted] from my dealership, [redacted], on 05/20/2013. Mr. [redacted] also purchased a 36 month extended warranty as well. In September 2014, | retired and closed [redacted].Mr. [redacted] then visited my son's dealership, [redacted], looking to get in contact with me in regards to his vehicle. My son took his information and passed it along to me. I then talked to Mr. [redacted] and after he explained the mechanical issues he was having, I referred him to [redacted] to help him get his vehicle repaired under his extended warranty.Any concerns with the repair work done are between Mr. [redacted] and his warranty company.
