I am rejecting this response because: Pleasant Hill Construction posses as a cooperation in the *** ** Illinois yet is fails to abide by the rules that govern cooperation's in Illinois It is inadequately capitalized and has no resources to provide restoration services It failed to issue stock or observe corporate formalities such as maintaining record books or holding meetings It failed to pay any dividend or make other such corporate distributions It commingled and diverted funds This is a fraudulent act in the state of Illinois They placed a mechanical lien against our home, yet fail to comply with the details of providing us with the names of all subcontractors who were paid, need to be paid, and did work or provided materials They refuse to give us the names of the unlicensed plumbers, electrician, and hvac tradesmenWe paid over 100,to rip out and fix the mistakes that were caused directly by Pleasant Hill They refuse to acknowledge the work that they deem to be owed to them did not meet city code, and was a safety hazard to my family

1.) The information in the complaint in untruthful2.) The complainant has been? sued by Pleasant Hill Construction for breach of contract and thus complained to the Revdex.com as retaliation and to try and create leverage in litigation by harming our reputation.? We have not done any work there
since February of 2015.? This is all in an effort to get us to settle in our court case by harming our reputation.3.) The matters complained of are disputed and the subject of pending litigation, which will determine how it is handled.? The customer is trying to pass off mere allegations and untruths as facts
