The HVAC technicians and staff at US Heating & Cooling are absolutely great, both in customer service and professionalism. I am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them to provide honest and dependable repairs to my air conditioner.

When I called, they came out right away. Even arrived early for their scheduled appointment. However, they diagnosed the issue and said they would get back to me with a quote. They quickly took my check, but its been a week and I have still heard nothing from them. Call me old fashion, but a simple phone call to say whether they have the part or not would have been appreciated.
