This company was hired by the homeowners association where I liveThey left leaves down all winter that killed grass and caused standing water problems in my yardWhen I alerted the owner they agreed to reseed but only part of the area was reseededI have had an incredible problem with them leaving things behind my garage that really don't need to be moved (my basketball goal, my trash cans, things that belong to my neighbors)I have contacted the owner times about this and it continues in a way that is passive aggressive and a little scaryWhen I complained that they had run over my dog lead and torn it up even though it was in an area that should have been covered in mulch months ago that still hasn't been put down, I was told tuff luck that they weren't responsible for things left in my yardApparently this is in the contract that I requested a copy of weeks ago but have never been providedAfter two email messages the owner stopped responding They destroyed my neighbors pipe cover weeks ago (for the second time in less than a year) and haven't replaced it but passively aggressively threw the bucket my neighbors were using to cover the pipe to prevent further damage to their pipes - guess where? Behind my garage doorHire at your own risk
This company was hired by the homeowners association where I live. They left leaves down all winter that killed grass and caused standing water problems in my yard. When I alerted the owner they agreed to reseed but only part of the area was reseeded. I have had an incredible problem with them leaving things behind my garage that really don't need to be moved (my basketball goal, my trash cans, things that belong to my neighbors). I have contacted the owner 4 times about this and it continues in a way that is passive aggressive and a little scary. When I complained that they had run over my dog lead and torn it up even though it was in an area that should have been covered in mulch months ago that still hasn't been put down, I was told tuff luck that they weren't responsible for things left in my yard. Apparently this is in the contract that I requested a copy of weeks ago but have never been provided. After two email messages the owner stopped responding. They destroyed my neighbors pipe cover weeks ago (for the second time in less than a year) and haven't replaced it but passively aggressively threw the bucket my neighbors were using to cover the pipe to prevent further damage to their pipes - guess where? Behind my garage door. Hire at your own risk.
