I finally heard back from the company and was informed my ladies gold presidential Rolex was stolen but that he doesn't have insurance and he will not be sending me money for the replacement. He said I can sue him but it will take years and won't be resolved. So he has stolen my Rolex. Thank you for your help in this matter. [redacted]

Review: I shipped my ladies 18k gold original presidential rolex watch to Plaza 57 to see if they had any bands to replace mine as mine is old. The watchband was shipped to Plaza 57 in January and Lee the owner of Plaza 57 keeps giving me excuses for why he hasn't shipped my watchband back to me. I call weekly and email. His assistant Caroline has been helpful and states that unfortunately Lee is very unprofessional and she doesn't even know if he still has my watch band. I spoke with him today (May [redacted]) and he again told me to give him more time. I explained the watch needs to be shipped and returned to me immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my original Rolex 18k gold rolex back immediately.

Review: On December *, 2013 I picked up my heirloom watch which I had repaired at Plaza Watch & Jewelry for $430. On January **, 2014 I picked up a second heirloom watch from them, repaired at $380, for a total 0f $810. A few weeks later I returned the watches because they were not working properly. [redacted], the [redacted] assured me he would have them working and back to me in two to three weeks. This went on for several months telling me to come back next week and next week and next week. Finally in September he handed me the two watches and asked me for an additional charge which I refused to pay. The watches still do not work.Desired Settlement: I would like my $810 refunded.
