Review: They filed my citizenship documents but they didn't do it correctly. The homeland security sent me a letter asking about more documents to prove that I was living in the United States and I called Plaza Tax so many times for letter translation English to Spanish and for advice and they always "please leave your number and we will call you back..." but never called back. I have a couple friends with same problem, the person who filed my application does't know how to do it, I don't know why she is working on this if she doesn't know how to. (Asked for license and never showed it to me) I went later to try to resolve this problem with the owner but he didn't want to talk to us, he left me with his attorneys who were only asking me to use their service to appeal for citizenship but they were asking $3000.00 dlls for their service. BAD SERVICE AT THIS PLACE!!Desired Settlement: I would like at least 300.00 refund which I paid them to file my application. I lost $900 dlls which was about $600 for the homeland security plus $300 that Plaza Tax charged me for their bad work.
