Review: I recently purchased a SL500 through a used luxury car dealership in Arizona called plazamotorsaz. All of the details intitled to the purchase was made via telephone being that Im located 304 miles away in Las Vegas NV. Within the first 25 minutes of driving the vehicle, an ABC light came on; which I later found to be the automatic body control. A huge suspension issue which exceedingly expensive, requires immediate attention, and is definitely un-safe to drive. Contacted the dealership immediately to notify them of the condition as was told that I would have to wait till Monday to receive a response being that it was the weekend. Monday came around with no response so I contacted them again and was told the owner was in Mexico and they'll get back to me ASAP. I was then called on Tuesday to be told that they were willing to take care of the issue and to take it to a 3rd party auto shop for diagnostic testing. So I did, paid $150 out of pocket forwarded the diagnostic results to them and received a call saying that they weren't willing to pay that amount disclosed ($4230) and that they would give me $1500 towards the principal balance or have to drive/pay for shipping back to Arizona to have their autobody shop fix it. Under the implied warranties law/lemon law you have 15 days/500 miles to report any major issue that directly affects the safety or functionality of the merchandise. And according to implied warranties you are refered to take it into a authorized dealership for repair. I agreed to take it into a 3rd party to compromise on price and they still refused. When asked if their autoshop in Arizona will be using authorized mercedes parts and if there work is being warranted, they replied no. I also asked to be refunded on the vehicle within my 15day/500 implied warranty they responded with no. They leave me with no option besides of coming out of pocket to pay for my vehicle to be shipped there and back or to drive 608 miles for unauthorized parts and labor.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded on the vehicle or at worst have them financially responsible for authorized mercedes parts and labor.

Review: I purchased a 2006 [redacted] sport .my salesman was [redacted]. He represented to me that the vehicle had been checked by [redacted] and [redacted] and had been found in excellent condition for a previous buyer that fell through ( [redacted] said they've never seen this SUV.) After the buying process I drove the [redacted] home. Took it to work the next day. on the way home the check eng light came on. I contacted [redacted] he said no problem I'll have you take it over to [redacted]. he made an appt for thursday . tell them you brought it over for US. I made a list of drivability issues that they needed to fix. when I got there the they said they had no idea I was coming they were booked solid. we tried to get a hold of [redacted] he did not pick up. when he was reached he said they would only pay part of the bill the rest they deem cosmetic. what started out as don't worry we got this trust US quickly became too bad SUCKER "you should have read the fine print".Desired Settlement: fully pay for repairs to Check Eng light, passenger door that will not lock and will not open from inside the car, parking sensors they advertised that do not work, TPMS they said was on the car that was not installed. reimburse me my out of pocket expense for the part I paid for when they refused to pay $ 317. Plus $30 to have the tires balanced. Best tires Said it looks like they just threw some used tires on here and never bothered to balance them. that's why your car is shimmying so bad. Fix cooler cubby that is not working.
