BED BUGS! Just left the ER after returning home from staying at the Plaza MotelEveryone in our room (104) had bites on themMine were extremely badWE talked to the lady at the desk, who told us she would let the owners know and someone would check our room for usNever happenedWe talk to JOHN who acted like he would let the owners know, when in fact HE is the OWNER! I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals Office & the Health DepartmentI have also contacted other agencies, including the police deptDo not stay in room It would be different if John acted a little sorry & said he would have the room cleaned professionallyHe would just literally walk away and not help us after someone told us he was actually the ownerNo one likes to be lied toIt really comes down to how you handle and remedy the situationJohn failed! (I chose this because of the agencies involved Health Dept/Attorney General's Office/Police & our Attorney) I would've just filed a complaint, but future medical is needed beyond my ER visit today
