Review: I have been promised a refund of my appraisal fee from this company for a failed mortgage refinance. for appx three months the loan officers [redacted] and [redacted] have been telling me that the "check is in the mail". they have been avoiding corresponding e-mails and phone calls regarding my follow up on exactly what is the delay in the processing of the refund especially since they mention that the check has been mailed out. It's companies like this with questionable mortgage practices that victimize and endanger the stability of the housing market and consumers.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

Mr. [redacted] was sent a refund check originally to his home address which he does not receive mail. The refund check was sent out to him in the full amount. Just sent Mr. [redacted] an email to confirm he received the check. The Manager he was working with is no longer with company. Had to get check mailed out by corporate.
