The company (JasperITinc) reached out to me to solve the problems in my complaintThey have promised to fix the problems in the website, release themselves as the registrar of my website and refund $back into my credit card account, which is the cost of hosting and SSLIn turn I have agreed
to withdraw the complaintMy question is if they do not follow through on their promise, will I be able to continue with this complaint or would I need to file again?
