I would never ever ever recommend anyone live here. This place has been nothing but problems. The office staff is rude and incompetent. I've had multiple issues since moving here 6 months ago. I've been told multiple lies by the owner, office staff, and maintenance people. I had to fight with emergency maintenance to come take care of a flooding problem in my apartment. The place seems nice and good value when you visit but don't be fooled! They placed a pile of trash outside and posted signs saying it was roach infested. It sat outside for two days before being taken away. I've been woken up multiple times with people having fights outside. The AC units are awful. In the winter there have been several times that I did not have hot water to shower with. Do not live here, trust me you'll regret it!

This place is falling apart! the city of Newark should shut the property down... It has a severe roach infestation, which they posted signs all around the property making everyone aware. They have fights at all hours of the nights the A/C units are falling apart and you can see daylight coming through every crack in the windows walls and doors. Stay away unless you like living in filth!!!!! I have seen nicer section 8 housing projects in [redacted] Ohio. Stay away unless you enjoy living in deplorable conditions
