I am sharing a negative experience that I've had at Plaza Dental GroupI had my teeth cleaned yesterday, which the hygeniest did an excellent job, only to have the experience squashed by the below happeningsThey sent me a survey request via email, below is my response "My cleaning went very wellI was very happy with my hygienist and the cleaningI was not happy to learn that your office sat on a credit balance of $for TWO yearsVery bad form and ethically wrongTo me, that is like stealingWere you waiting to see if I would ask for a refund? When asking your office manager why it wasn't returned, I got "I guess nobody has been looking at credits." What the ??? I'm sure your agings are being workedThis is just either purposeful neglect or an (unconscious?) fraud? Shame on youMy family will not return to your office, we no longer trust youNot a big hit for you unless you think about how many people I will share this experience withRethink your business procedures about credit balances and how long you will sit on creditsTwo years is absolutely inappropriate."

Very bad form and ethically wrong. To me, that is like stealing. Were you waiting to see if I would ask for a refund? When asking your office manager why it wasn't returned, I got "I guess nobody has been looking at credits." What the ??? I'm sure your agings are being worked. This is just either purposeful neglect or an (unconscious?) fraud? Shame on you. My family will not return to your office, we no longer trust you. Not a big hit for you unless you think about how many people I will share this experience with. Rethink your business procedures about credit balances and how long you will sit on credits.
