Review: I was sold the old discontinued model of the Rolex Explorer 2 watch when I was looking for the new Rolex Explorer at the price of the new watch.The old watch is selling in the $3000-$4000 range while the new one is selling for $7000-$8000 range and in my case I traded in a watch which is selling for about $1500 (Breitling Aerospace) plus a payment of $5750.00. As soon as I discovered that this is not the new watch I called and requested a return of my watch, return of his watch and full credit - was told to wait a few days because the charges are pending and it can not be done and to call after they are aproved. When the charges went through called 3 times -told that he is with customers and he will call back. Never did.

Deposit of $500.00 on 03/**/14 and balance of $5250.00 on 04/**/14 -Lee is the person I dealt with.Desired Settlement: What I ask is return of my watch, return of his watch and full credit.

I was overcharged by at least $3000.00 dollars -the other option is a price reduction in line with what he sold me by .
