Since customer has put an offer in this response at Revdex.com, we at Plaza Cleaners would like to clarify that, to begin with, we did not put any offer to her through Revdex.com site. However customer did put a complaint at other agency too and we did response to that in details. Hence to avoid any miscommunication and confusion, we would like to stay with the other agency where we had responded. Again this is to simply avoid any confusion. Hence we are unable to comment on anything here.

We have offered her compensation earlier. This is based on Standard Practice in our Dry Cleaning Business. We would like to maintain our previous offer to her.

I am rejecting this response because:I was told that I would have my comforter repaired or replaced.  Neither has happened.  I have reduced the amount of compensation down, again.  I am asking for $200 and the return of the comforter.
