Moments before I left the dealership I was given an oil change, and the vehicle shortly had problems after,the car needed a new battery, and the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and I was not aware of those defects until I was told by mechanics. The engine has a massive oil leak, the car lasted 3 weeks, I got an oil change and all of that oil was gone also,ive had two mechanics tell my my vehicle was bone dry just four days apart. I spoke to two people from the dealership,and both told me I would be responsible for the repairs and then I contacted *** personally again, and he ignored my messages about the vehicle for a week after I refused to pay the rest,only because he refused to fix it and he turned down my resolutions for the problem. He later ignored my call and a few days later texted me and told me if I didnt pay what was due that month for the vehicle he would repossess the vehicle.
all cars are sold AS-IS. customer signed all documents acknowledging they understood what they where buying. However we offered Tyler sellers to help repair his engine for half the cost of what the other repair shop was charging him and he refused our service. from their on out we lost total communication. customer still has a balance with us on the vehicle which we are willing to wave so he can have his vehicle repaired

I am rejecting this response because:
I already attempted to come to an agreement with Eddie multiple times and he has declined all of them, he ignored my messages and my number so I tried to reach out from a different phone number and when he did respond to my number I can provide proof I never lost contact with him. I will not be willing to or attempting to make repairs because I no longer work to where I can afford the payment because of my transportation issue to get to work cost me my job. I agreed to take the car as is under the idea that there were no problems with the car. I have documentation on the problems that occurred with the vehicle and receipts from purchases I have made to fix the vehicle.
