I have spoken to Universal Studios and have been able to determine the problems encountered by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was duplicate billed by Universal, for Express Passes, in the amount of 178.92 and we will refund that amount prior to being reimbursed by Universal....
Additionally, as good will, we will also refund the additional $234.41 for any inconvenience. A check will be processed in the amount of $413.23, as requested.
