Review: I went to Plaza 57 in search a used rolex watch. The owner who went by the name of [redacted] told me he would be able to obtain the watch by 1pm that afternoon. I explained to him that I could not wait any longer, he assured me with a deposit of $4000 would guarantee me the watch by 1:00pm and if he was unable to provide such watch he would refund my money. I returned to the store at 1:00pm and he ignored me and kept dodging the question as to whether or not the watch was in. After about 10 minutes of me continuously asking him where the watch was he told me it would be there in the next 10 minutes. I waited around until 1:30 and there was no sign of the watch. I then asked him to refund the $4000 deposit he said no. He refused our $4000 deposit back. After much argument I had to leave without my deposit due to time constraints. The man is a crook. I would like my credit card refunded as the goods were not delivered.

Review: Around October 2012 I left two pieces of royal worcester china (pattern Z2171) with [redacted] for him to use as samples in trying to find a buyer for twelve complete settings. I sent several e-mails inquiring if [redacted] had found a buyer, butI never heard back from him. I called several times, and each time someone said [redacted] would call me back, but he never did. Around May 2013 I went to Plaza 57 to ask for the return of the two pieces of china. [redacted] said he wasn't sure where the china was in the store. I left a photo of one of the place settings with [redacted] that had my name and contact information on the back. He said he would look for the china and get back to me. I have e-mailed and called Plaza 57 numerous times since, with no results. Each time I call someone speaks to [redacted] (he never comes to the phone) and says he will keep looking and call me when he finds the china. As of today (6/**/13) he has not called. I doubt he has spent more than five minutes looking. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT WHEN I HAVE CALLED DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE HAVE TOLD ME THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS CALLED WITH A SIMILAR COMPLAINT, THAT [redacted] IS VERY BUSY, ETC. ETC. I don't doubt this. [redacted] needs to be prodded (hopefully by you!) to spend the necessary time to find my china.Desired Settlement: I would like the two pieces of china returned. If he finds them, I will come to Plaza 57 to pick them up.

[Your Answer Here]
By agreement with Plaza 57, they will contact me again in mid-August (any day now, I hope) when they are moving a number of items to a warehouse. At that time, they will make a concerted effort to look for my china (2 pieces) when they are packing items for shipment.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: 9/**/2013 I asked [redacted] to replace a battery for my watch and have one ring polished and another resized and polished. I was never given a receipt displaying the cost for services. Something like this should only cost $50-75.00. I paid $102.00. I explained to one of his workers that I had the same thing done before and I paid no more than 50 dollars.. I feel like I was just ripped off royallyDesired Settlement: Pay fair market price
