False ads via social media that lure customers to play
ok Playtika's Slotomania game has had several advertisements or "success stories" that have been floating around Facebook (which is what led me to start playing) giving stories on what seemed to be real people with real issues one guy lost his job and was about to have a baby with a woman and his life seemed in a bad place and as he played "slotomania" after sometime he was able to cash out his coin balance for real cash. I know I'm not the only one who has seen these advertisements. when you click the link to find out what online games these people with these sob stories have been playing to get these "life changing payouts" it leads you directly to slotomania. I really think this is a very devious way to peak people's interest and then let them down.

I purchased a credit pack on there bingo game Bingo Blitz, for $49.99. I never got the credits. Sent in 3 tickets and no answer.
Was playing their game, Bingo Blitz on my phone and I purchased a $50 credit pack through Google Play, of which I charge to my Verizon account. I received my email receipt from Google Play, then check my account on the game and I had no extra credits in my account. I waited a few minutes refresh the game ended it and opened it again and still nothing .So when I contacted their support team, all I ever received was the automated email telling you they got your email. I sent sent in 2 more tickets, with an uploaded screenshot of my receipt from Googl Play. It has been two days and still, nothing. bad practice.

There were 2 separate charges for 199.99$ made on my bank card that I did not make, I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone but no respons
There were 2 separate charges for 199.99$, one on 6/8/18 the other 6/11/18, I have sent email after email and called the phone number they have listed but never any answer, I have to leave a voicemail and no one will return my calls, this is ridiculous, 400$ is ALOT of money to my family

Won the tournament on 4/2/2018 and never got my coins. Won tournament today on 4/17/2018 and never received my coins.
On 4/2/2018 I won a tournament on the grand Phoenix game. Came in at *** and was suppose to win *** but never received it. I have contacted customer service for 11 days and received no answer. Today 4/17/2018 played the grand Phoenix tournament again and was suppose to win *** but never received it. This is the 2nd time I have been ripped off on the tournament. Customer service is a joke and will not respond to my numerous emails.

Reels are rigged to benefit company
A new promotion is a black wedge is added Every time player buys golden spin until player lands on it. I have spun the golden wheel 9 times, which means 9 black wedges and still have not landed on it. Each buy is $49.99. The reel has 20 wedges, I believe. If u watch the reel spin, it spins different than before. Other players have posted the same thing; buying the golden spin and after 5 times, still not landing on black wedge. When I sent complaint to customer support, I received canned answer about it being random. I would like all of my money back because I know they are not playing fair. This company needs to be investigated because they claim to have an RNG but u can win more in a casino than on this virtual game.

Overcharged on credits bought for online game
On February 21&22 I purchased credits for online game I have been overcharged on the purchases as one day the are $57 than the next they are 69.99 than a few days later they go back to 57 I have made them aware of this issue but have not got any resolution I have also seen online chats about this game and others are seeing the same thing I have been overcharged 7 times.

free to play, but you wont win anything unless you spend real money, I use to spend real money on this game, and when I did the wins didnt stop, received the best wins in everything I played. Since then I have stopped spending money and it is easy to see how it affects my wins....never win anything, and if I do it is smaller than my bet. Playtika needs to let their players know this game is based entirely on how much real money you spend. Until that day, I firmly believe they are knowingly stealing time and money from their customers.
Slotomania, along with all their other games are nothing but a scam and this company needs to either be dealt with or make things right.

Bingo Blitz is a joke!
If there is a problem, send in a ticket......yeah right! You get a form letter that dances around any problem you are having.
Lose your coins to their game malfunctions? Your answer? another form letter.
They do a side dance like none other you've ever seen.
So forget the tickets, they are only there to make it seem like you are being paid attention to, in the end after numerous tries to get your coins back or credits, you'll find you were just a part of their evil scheme of which they continually run you in circles until you give up.
This company should be shut down. Don't waste one second of your time, it's not worth it.

Help someone who use my old google account to stolen my credit card information purchase apps game for USD 200 for 2 times. Two transaction is not my purchase.I contract playtika ltd game co ltd. But playtika ltd is not refund with me.

I've been reading the complaints & reviews about Playtika, and I feel like I need to say something...
Everything I've read so far involves PURCHASES or UNFAIR PRACTICES (eg. losing coins while playing, games not "paying out", games that "take your money without giving you anything in return", not refunding money spent for coins/tokens.)
I would like to point out that these are very popular FREE GAME APPS. A player DOES NOT have to PAY for coins/tokens to play. There's no pressure to buy anything. There is NO MONETARY VALUE to these coins/tokens. I've been playing "Slotomania" for many years & I've NEVER made a purchase! I PLAY FOR FUN. There are many, many free game apps on Facebook. The coins/tokens you purchase are not real. If a game doesn't "Pay Out", CHANGE GAMES! These complaints & reviews are ridiculous. There's nothing forcing people to play or spend any money.

I made a purchase on slotomania $11.99. Game said X20 on all Wedges. My winnings was times X2. I enjoy the game. I will never purchase again. If I could attach pictures here I would.
I will not recommend not to purchase anything. If playing just play with game's POINTS ONLY. I will definitely take my own advice.

This company will take all your money and give you nothing in return. They constantly want to give you free tokens every two hours. You will never win any of their games playing with free tokens. I spent over $1500.00 purchasing tokens from this company over the last couple of months. I didn't realize how much I was spending until I looked at my bank statement. Believe me these small purchases add up fast. No matter how much you buy, you will never be satisfied with the minimal wins. I was spending more than 300,000,000 in tokens to try and win bonus rounds without anything in return!. Once they know you will keep buying, they will not let you win!!! No sound business would treat customers like this unless they are a corrupt business. This company feeds off of the addictions of innocent people. They need to be closed or play fair! I don't think playing fair is a part of this company. I just started reading the reviews about this company, nothing out there good to read???
