Playtable.com

This company "Playtable" has taken money from me twice. once for a reservation fee of $99 and then $267 for an order of the product... I was told it should be arriving around the holiday season of 2017 or shortly after the first of the next year.... It is now 2020 and I still haven't received anything. I no longer want or need the product because my kids are either grown and moved out or are about to be... every time I have asked for my money back I get no response. If I ever asked where and when I would get it ... I would get a hollow promise of a few months. Please help get these people to refund my money.
