Playtable

Playtable was a prototype that was introduced about years agoMy husband wanted it so I put down the $to reserve itWe both kept up with news as to it's release, etcbut it kept getting pushed backI put down the $back in January of Life gets to you with multiple children and I forgot about this until July when my husband got an emailI emailed them and asked for a refund as they now have had my money for over a yearI never received a responseI have been emailing again over the last weeks and still no response on a refundI would like my $as I no longer want to have this product reserved in my nameThe customer service doesn't seem to be present as nobody will respond to my numerous emails over a span of months and that makes me nervous about the product should/would I have issues with that
