Apartments.  I received the complaint and had an opportunity to review it.  Per the Customer's Desired Settlement wanted responses are as follows:Playhouse Management has been in contact with [redacted] and her roommate regarding the actual move in to the suite they desired.  At this present time the customers are actually residing in their desired unit, and parking has been made available per after waiting on the wait list.  Our goal at Playhouse Management is to ensure we provide excellent customer service and resolve all concerns in a timely manner.
