Review: Was web searching random sites. Came across www.businessadvantagegold.com and was checking out site and after entering information declined to go further only to find that my checking account had been charged $99.00 without my authorization. I called them to cancel membership that I didn't want and demanded my money back. They agreed to refund but won't electronically put it back into my account when they electronically took it from my account.Desired Settlement: I want the money that was electronically removed from my account electronically returned to my account, immediately! I can't wait 21 business days. I need the money yesterday!

Review: It appears that I had made A account with this company they are also called business advantage gold which was the company that I had applied for, My bank account has been getting money drafted out of it and I had no idea this was going on until thirty days after the fact so I called the company and spoke with a male named [redacted] he was very rude to me and very unprofessional I asked him to speak with his supervisor who's name is [redacted] I tried to explain to the man that my account is three hundred dollars in the hole because they continue to draft money out of my account and [redacted] was very rude about this, I told him that I wanted a refund and he told me no I am not going to get one, states "its not my problem that your account is in the hole you need to file a police report. I asked [redacted] for the owner of the company who I believe to be his father [redacted] who is the CEO of the company, which I feel is one of the reason's why he was so rude and unprofessional. He told me that I can not speak with him I need to send A letter to there address which I have as 501 W Broadway Ste 321, San Diego, Ca 92101, I got the address told [redacted] that I will be doing something about this and I stated to him that he does not know who he is messing with he repeated back to me "NO YOU DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE MESSING WITH" this is my complaint, All I want is A refund so my account is not in the hole I don't have the money for this and I want it fixDesired Settlement: 300.00

Review: hi my name is [redacted] I had a small business . we were going though one a lady called me. she said she 6000 or 7000 without any credit check. one time 24.95 fee. since I need a money I gave her my credit card number. but I ending up got lost in business have no longer that business I am talking about dec. 2012. now in march I was checking my bank statement online I saw every 1st. or 2nd business advantage gold taking money from my account so I called them ask them why are u taking money from my account and is this he said we are online advertize people I said I do not need any advertizing . he said every thing online I said I never knew. I asked him if I can get my money back since I never used that service .he said I can cancel the service can I get my money back he said no when I told him I will complain about u in Revdex.com . then he gave to his manager very rude he said I will cancel your service and I will give u march month money back I told him that is not fair I will complain to Revdex.com he said do whatever u want to do like he is not afraid of any body or anything he charged me month of april too instead giving me money back he charge me again can u please stop or do something bully people like him please number is 877 532 2800 501w.broadwayste.a-321 san diego ca 92101Desired Settlement: just want to makesure they stop taking money from my account and I never used their service I have no longer any business .if I can get refund. they should not be able to anybody like that thank you

up with our Business
Advantage Gold membership on September 1st 2012. You agreed
to pay our
membership dues which are $99 to activate and a monthly
recurring fee of $24.95. We
do not state anywhere that our membership Is a one-time
payment of $24.95. I am not
exactly sure what caused this misunderstanding. The problem
is that even if you had
misunderstood this, we did not receive any contact from you
for 7 MONTHS after the
sign up occurred. Not even after we processed the initial
activation fee of $99. Not once
did we receive any indication that you were no longer in
business during this time or
that you wanted to cancel until April 1st 2013.
Per the terms and conditions agreed upon by you In
September, we offer full refunds up
to 30 days from the sign up date and no refunds after that,
but we will no longer bill the
monthly membership due once canceled. When we spoke in April
I offered a courtesy
refund of the most recent $24.95 since you called right
after we billed it. We have
already credited that back to the card on file. I would even
offer you another courtesy of
the March payment, but it was declined.
I am sorry to hear your company went out of business and I
wish you would have
contacted us more for assistance. Perhaps our services may
have been assistance in
preventing that from happening. Here is the cancellation
number again for the account
([redacted]) as of April 1st 2013. We will not be attempting to
process any more payments
to this account.

Review: on June 11/2013 my $50 Visa Vanilla Gift card that I got as a graduation gift, was BILLED by this company,' clubservices" in Ocean side California for $44.50. Consuming the entire balance of my card. I have never heard of this company and have attempted many times over the last few months to contact them and dispute the charges, through emails, phone calls, website messages and written a hand written posted later even. My name is [redacted] and I am the Operations Manager for My Computer Club. In regards to your issues contacting My Computer Club, I am not quite sure what is preventing this from happening. Our member services number ###-###-#### is available from 9am-5pm PST Monday - Friday. We have very little to no wait times. I researched the email address and have no record of receiving a an email from the Gmail account provided. Also, it is quite reasonable to believe that a letter would not have the proper information we needed to pull up any account as it isn't under your information.. I also, am not sure if you may be mixing our company information up with another, but I just attempted to call you at the number you provided and it 'states that "you are not accepting calls at this time"
When I researched the information provided we did have a membership for you at one time, but this one was back in 2011 and it was canceled the the next year. The address information and phone listed were different.
When I researched recent transactions using the last four of the credit card number listed I was able to pull up an account. Although this account had your email address attached to it, the name on the membership was of a gentleman and not yourself. I cannot provide the name of this individual though this forum, but we can discuss once you contact our customer service number and speak with me.
In order for us to resolve this matter we must speak with you and receive verification of the card used so we can cancel the account and issue credit
