Review: My wife and I spent over $20,000 with them over about 6 years. The facility is reasonable, and the trainers are wonderful, but the management is awful and the BILLING is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! They didn't bill me for 6 months and then billed my wife's credit card for $2,000+ which they weren't authorized to! My wife refused to dispute it and I didn't push it, though it cost us a lot and was just wrong. It turns out they did the same thing to other people TOO. Their billing manger, Terri L[redacted], and agent ABC GOLDS GYM are HORRIBLE and messes up constantly. My wife and I left them after years of consistent use because of the constant billing issues (errors on their part!) and we didn't file the complaint until they refused to cancel the membership, insisting that we owed them $29 for the current month and my wife hasn't been there in four months and I never went back after the $2,000 billing error. All we wanted them to do was cancel the account after THEIR HUGE ERROR! They refused to cancel it unless we paid them an additional $29 for the current month we clearly didn't use or want. They insisted that we owe them money long after we quit because of their billing error and refused to cancel the account.Desired Settlement: They don't have to pay us anything, just cancel the account and STOP BILLING US. Remove the $29 fee for time we didn't use. We've blocked them from our credit cards and are absolutely never ever paying them a penny or stepping foot in their facility! We loved them but their HORRENDOUS BILLING has cost them a great long term customer.
