tune-up on the air conditioner. The fee for the service was $89.00 for which he was given a credit card number. Per our procedure, the card number was documented on the invoice and was pre-authorized for $89.00. On Saturday, 4/1/17, the customer called our office and stated that our technician had misused her credit card which caused her bank account to be overdrawn. While we are sympathetic to her position, we feel that no action is necessary as there is no evidence to support this assertion. We feel that services were appropriately rendered; however, in the spirit of good faith a refund in the amount of $89.00 was mailed to the customer on 4/7/2017.
