Worse company and customer service ever!!
Took my 40.00 June 2.2020..no response from email..cant get through on phone..what horrible scam!!!
I order $139 earbuds on X-X-XXXX and to date, no products. Company doesn't respond to emails, phone calls. Stay away from Playbeatz It's SCAM!!
I would give them zero stars..but that's not and option. I feel that they are definitely scammers. Listed on google as top 10 best priced wireless ear buds. I'm disappointed that I didn't do more research before I purchased a pair. They compared me with pop ups, texts and emails about buying wireless wifi thru them for a month then after purchase 2 months later they sent me a tracking #, after I emailed them twice about sending me one. They have a tracking app that shows that my tracking # doesn't exist. So I lost $50-$60 bucks. At least I wasn't one of those people who could have put he's multiple pairs and what ever other services they say they offer. Covid Scams on Instagram and Facebook have been off the charts during this time. Well I fell for one. Hope no one else does.
The earphones I ordered cut in and out and did not work properly. I called and was assured that new ones would be sent out right away. That was about a month ago or more. I have emailed with no response. Contacting PayPal to file a claim.
Ordered over a month ago, have not received product, They do not return emails. Now claiming that product is delayed due to virus. After waiting over a month and no response to emails, I called my credit card company to contest charge. Will see what happens there.
This company never delivers my product, after 45 days I had to cancel my order because when I finally contacted them they said it would be another two weeks. What came be done above this company.
I received my PlayBeatz Wednesday 22nd of April. I charge the ear buds and synced to Bluetooth. The right ear bud works, but the left doesn't. I charged overnight and tried syncing again with same result. I removed from my Bluetooth list and reinstalled. Still left ear bud doesn't work.
I have sent this information to support three times and have never been contacted.

This company is a scam, took my money, printed a label so a tracking number was generated, then never sent the product. Would not respond to emails, had to file a claim, avoid this company.
I ordered 1 set of earbuds, but the company has billed me for 2 sets on different order numbers. I have sent emails & about 10 calls with no response.
order *** I order 1 set & when the auto email arrived it showed the order referenced which they billed me on along with order *** for an additional set which again I have been billed. Sent several emails to customer support asking to get resolved with no response along with several phone calls that they never answer & the message tells you to email them. All I want is a credit for the duplicate they processed as nothing has even shipped yet.
neither order has shipped & not sure they will ever, but just need credit for 1 of the orders & some type of idea as to when the one & only set I ordered will ship
I ordered Playbeatz ear buds online on 11/10/19. I returned them unopened on 11/27/19, to the post office here in Ashland Oregon, where they were marked 'refused, return to sender'. There was no receipt issued, which is standard procedure. I sent an email to Playbeatz returns on 12/30/19 to check on my refund. No reply. I sent a follow-up email on 01/03/20, also no reply. I sent a third email on 01/07/20, In which I said I would have to contact the Revdex.com, if no reply was received. I got a reply on 01/27/20 from ***, stating that there was no confirmation from the warehouse that the return was received. She asked for a shipping confirmation receipt, and once again I was asked to provide a shipping receipt or confirmation #. It seemed as though she had not read my previous emails. Once again she emailed asking for a tracking #, and said refunds take up to 15 days to be processed. Attached is the last email I got from ***.

Billing Adjustment All I want is my refund of $49.99.
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They just completely ignore the customer. Is there anything that can be done to get my refund of $49.99? Companies like this should not be allowed to mistreat customers and get away with it. I'm very upset that they refuse to give me my refund.
This business does not process refunds for returned items and often hangs up on caller when trying to speak with them about items returned and refunds not received. Be careful ordering anything from their many different business entities. They are a scam.
I tried multiple times to cancel the order for the antenna by email before it was shipped.
I have all the emails and replies. It was shipped anyway and I am required to return ship on my own. Doubt very much if I get my $73.00 back.
Your product that I purchased including antenna and amplifier was useless. It did nothing for my tv reception capability. Why don't you place a phone number on your packaging? This way people can contact you on how to get their money back! Most legitimate corporations and business at least provide a phone number. Guess you never intended on taking you product back and refunding my money.
