DO NOT USE PLAYA VISTA PROPERTY - if you want a professional property management company. Playa vista property and [redacted] are the worst, and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. First, my payments were sent to the bank whenever she felt like it, phone calls were returned in the same manner. Secondly, there was absolutely no follow up on complaints about the tenants from the HOA that were forwarded to Playa Vista Property, so tenants were allowed to basically destroy the property. When my “new” property management company contacted them for the tenant’s contracts and forwarding information, Playa Vista Property stated – “we were fired, you figure it out”?? If you want a property management company that is both unprofessional and cavalier toward your property and your concerns, then Playa Vista Property Management is the one for you.
