Review: I bought a Reader City Deal for Play Tennis San Diego. The deal advertises "4 or 8 hour of Tennis Lessons (Free racquet included with 8- hour package)". I bought the 8 hour package deal for $59. I completed all 8 hours of my tennis lesson at the Rancho Bernardo location. I've spoke and emailed the Director, [redacted] multiple times confirming when will I receive my free racquet since it was included in the package I bought. We've emailed and spoke in person multiple times of when will I receive my racquet. There were few occasions where [redacted] did not respond to any of my emails and phone calls. I wrote an email explaining how frustrated I am with the false advertisement and I told him to send me a racquet through mail and Fred said he would. It's been over two weeks now since I last communicated with him and yet still no racquet.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $59 for the package deal if the company will not send me a new racquet as it is stated on their package deal.
