Review: I paid for Fun Play USA to come out and winterize my playset in the fall. A few weeks after I paid, they called to tell me that the weather was too bad and that they would have to come out in the spring. Not only did I need to contact them again in the spring, but they have now rescheduled once and not shown up twice. I can't even really get anyone to call me back. My only hope is that I catch [redacted] picking up the phone when I call. I am beyond frustrated and just want the work done.Desired Settlement: I want them to come out and do the work so that my children don't hurt themselves on the playset.
