Play It Again

My desired outcome would first get out of my lease at least so I’m not still paying for a vehicle I don’t have, since I’m still paying for the car no one has offered to help me with rentals, or substitute the car for meBottom line is I will never be in this car again, I’m terrified to drive on the
highway, and Honda is still blaming me for a “at fault accident” when my insurance company proved it is 100% notI just want Honda to take this dangerous car off the road so it doesn’t eventually kill someoneI’m a small person, so if I’m going down the highway and the front one would have blew up my neck would have been broken and me and my boyfriend both would have been very hurt if not deadSo, step 1, get me out of my lease, I’m terrified to drive it.
I have also told Honda that I’m still trying to drive a Honda, but since they’ve been making me so angry and frustrated and lacking to do ANYTHING on their part I will never give Honda another penny

The GM of Portland street Honda called the very next day to resolve the issueCurrently the car is out to be completely repainted and they have provided us with a loaner car during this time

Portland Street Honda and Honda Canada have completed a SRS diagnostic on the vehicle and have found all systems to be operating as intended and no evidence of a malfunction. We did a wheel alignment check and found the vehicle to be severely out of alignment, specifically on the left side. Customer also initiated an investigation through Transport Canada and investigator (*** ***) did confirm he also found data supporting that vehicle was in a situation to deploy the curtain airbag on the drivers side. Honda Canada has provided all necessary evidence to the customer to continue with filing insurance claim
