Was looking for a local shop to start servicing my vehicle as my extended warranty on my car was up and looking to move away from going to the dealershipPlatt's exceeded my expectations The shop is smoothly run and everyone very personable They take the time to listen and do whats needed to make the customer happy They dropped me off at home and picked me back up when ready and explained/showed me the issue before anything was done Prices were fair and job completed as promisedI now feel comfortable knowing that I can leave my car there for them to work on and it will get repaired correctly I always keep my cars until high mileage and having them properly maintained Its important to have someone to work with that you can trust and build a relationship with You wont be disappointed
