I am responding to complaint # [redacted] which was submitted on 6/13/ I spoke to [redacted] on June 20th and we had a great conversationWe had already given her $back for the tip last week when she stopped by the breweryI told her I was not sure how the tip was added but if she didn’t intend to tip, then we definitely wanted to give it back As far as us obtaining her email, we didn’t do that but I told her we use Square for our POS systemIf she bought something using Square at other store in the past and gave them her email address, that is how Square would be able to contact her (the email came from Square, not us)She said she did purchase something using Square before and provided her email, so she now understands I offered to refill her growler at not charge for her frustration and she said that wasn’t necessaryShe appreciated me contacting her and she said she would be back in our brewery again I believe this situation is resolved Cheers, [redacted] Platt Park Brewing Company SPearl Street Denver, CO ###-###-####(c) ***@plattparkbrewing.com
