Review: One item that was sent to Platt Cleaner for dry cleaning services was returned shrunken in size (damaged) and with the original stain still in tact. In contacting Platt Cleaner to refund the $6.50 for the dry cleaning fee and $72.50 to replace the garment, the business owner advised me that it was my fault and would not refund either fee.Desired Settlement: Refund of $6.50 for the amount of the cleaning service and $72.50 for replacement cost of the garment permanently damaged.

I used them for almost an entire year - then they lost their storefront because they probably couldn't afford rent. They used to bring it same day and charged $1 per pound if you brought it before 9am. After they lost their space, I continued to leave it downstairs before 9am, and they continued to charge the same price, but they never got it before two days, AT LEAST. I called today to request same day, and I was screamed at and told they wouldn't be picking up my laundry anymore to avoid "issues". A business quite literally refused to service me with their one job. Just because they lost their storefront for being inadequate savers does NOT allow them to yell at me and offer DIFFERENT services for the same value. I have never been more disrespected, by a dry cleaner no less.
