After filing my complaint, I learned that the owners of Platinum Touch Construction had been arrested for burglaryAfter they were released and received my complaint, I received one text that he had received complaint stating he had not abandoned my job I responded that we had a verbal agreement that my job would take two weeks not almost five months I gave an estimate of materials he had purchased and the cost for labor for the work done and requested a refund of the balance That was on Sunday, March ** To date, I have not received a reply
