I was sold an illegal, pirated copy of a software program
On August 4, 2014, I purchased a copy of a program called Axure RP from Platinum Studio Designs When Axure RP was released, owners of version were entitled to a free upgrade When I tried to upgrade, the license I purchased would not work After contacting Axure RP's support, they informed me that the key was not valid and was illegal and pirated They also informed me that Platinum Studio Designs has never been authorized to resell their software
