Me and my Wife and girls had been renting a home with Keystone Realty for monthsAt our month mark we had a home inspection and were told the house looked amazing and were asked if we wanted to sign a new leaseWe said we would love tooA few months went by and the new lease still had not be drawn up yetIn May of we received a letter from Platinum Realty stating they were taking over the property and they would send us a new lease to signIt also stated that our old lease was still in affect and all terms and conditions still applied I called on the 2nd of June to make our payment and they said they would send over the lease that dayOn the 3rd I was checking my email and I notice an email in my junk folderIt was from Platinum Realty telling us we had days to leave the house because we never signed a new leaseWe were never late in months, our house looked amazing on inspection but since Platinum took over the property the owners wanted it backSo even though we had done everything asked of us we were still forced to move because of Platinum Realty taking overWhen I spoke to Platinum Realty they said if we were not out within days they would have the Sheriff remove us and our itemsThis is what you can expect from this companyI highly discourage anyone with a family to not rent/lease from this companyIt has cause great stress on my family and we didn't everything asked of us by them
