December 18th, 2015Regarding complaint ID # [redacted] :Attached with a clip is another poor response from Platinum Promotions & marketingA bit over a week ago, I mailed you a statement to counter the first poor response of this company, and earlier this week I called and was told it was received.The response attached by teh paper clip above is also poor - it fails to address my service concerns I listed in the initial complaint These concerns are: the troubles I encountered reaching the company by phone, the unhelpfullness of the first lady I talked to and the misinformation I got when I was told to contact another company which refused to help meIn addition, note the lack of apology in the company's response on the attached piece of paper, I requested an apology in my initial complaintFor these reason, the company's response on the attached page I very poor, and mark it as suchAll data is true.Signed, [redacted]

December 8th, 2015Revdex.com, *** *** ***GreetingsI am *** ***, and I am writing with respect to complaint ID#*** (against Platinum Promotions & Marketing).I read the response, and it is terribleIt does not address any of my concernsRecall in my complaint I mentioned a lady there who refused to help, the trouble reaching people there due to poor phone systems, and misinformation I got when I was told to speak to another companyNone of these problems are even mentioned in the response, nor is an apology (which I requested) given.In addition, I ahve comments about Shawn's poor response There is a contradiction - Shawn states their company can remove anyone upon request from the mailing list, yet, soon after saying this, he says consumers must opt out themselves, a contradiction therefore Shawn is likely lyingIn addition, in sentence four of Shawn's response, he says: "It is a national DO Not Call List." But Shawn before saying this, mentioned how consumers could get off mailing lists, not call listsSo, again, Shawn is contradicting himselfThis complaint is about mailing list concerns, not call list concern. In conclusion, Shawn's response is very poor - it does not address any of my concerns (see my original complaint), and he contradicts himselfGive this rebuttal to the company and put this rebuttal in the company's file, and mark it as Not resolved All data here is true and accurateIn addition, one of Shawn's workers agreed to take my address off of their lists, and this contradicts with Shawn's response as well, due to what Shawn said about this.Signed,*** ***Complaint ID # ***

Thank you for your follow up. We have worked extensively with this customer. My staff[redacted] and [redacted] and I have all talked to him. We also provided him with the DMA 800 number to help stop all unwanted mail. As for Platinum Promotions, we can assure him that he will never get a mail piece from us again.
