Platinum Pool Services

Review: Platinum Pool Servics aka as [redacted] was hired to drain, clean, refill and treat my swimming pool in June 2016. He came to my residence to assess my pool, explained the fees associated and required upfront payment to perform services. I submitted a check in the amount of $375 to which he was scheduled to returned the next day June 21, 2016 to begin and he has never shown back up nor rendered services pre-paid for. There have been numerous attempts to contact and he will not answer his business line (833-4741)nor his personal cell phone [redacted]) There were also attempts through his advertising page in FB to no avail, I have requested verbally to have the funds in there entirety returned as from my bank account copy [redacted] cashed the check on June 20,2016 when reciwvwd and has never been heard from again. I am appalled that anyone would steal money from honest people who were simply looking to have a simple service completed.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to rerun my funds in full in the amount of $375.00 in the form of money order or cashiers check (no personal checks as I don't trust that the check would not be honored by his banking institute).
