Platinum Pool Care

We requested a quote for a new pool install and the sales rep we meet at the home show came out late and a week late on the wrong saturday. We still wanted the pool so had spent some time talking and sharing what we want. He was not ready to assist and having problems with his computer he claimed and would get us a quote the following monday. Almost three weeks later and several attempts to reach we finally hear from the sales rep. He had not even started the quote and indicated he might get to us next week. DO NOT go with this company. They lack customer service and was a disappointment. If they cant have a working computer and make time for you to sale the pool just imagine what the build will be like and the support.
