We first received contact from Z[redacted] on 2/16 at 7:46pm and responded on 2/17 at 8:36am. In total a Platinum team member emailed him 4 times since his initial request. We strive to resolve all client concerns in a fast manner and recognize that the issue was open for longer than ideal because the specifics from the client were unclear. Nonetheless, we sent a complimentary replacement on Friday, February 26, 2016 for delivery on Saturday, February 27, 2016. His original order was also refunded in full and emailed him to follow up on the resolution. On Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 9:46am, Z[redacted] placed another order on our website for $71.06.
