We hired this company to cut back and haul away the over-grown honeysuckle around our yardIn fairness, they did earn their money by taking out a lot of the messHowever, they also left a lot of the messAfter their truck had driven away, it was necessary for me to rake up the debris from our street as well as from the grass between the house and the streetThey also left twigs, wood, branches, etcin every location for me to clean upThe chain saw cuts they made could have been lower to the ground so that we would trip over themI never got the feeling that they really cared about the jobRather, it seemed they just wanted to get it over withMatt was not able to trim some higher branches because he doesn't own a pole sawReally? He was late starting the first day, but never called to let us knowHe promised to work on Memorial Day, but never showed upNot a very good communicator...........no phone call or email......nothingI sent an email asking for them to return to pick up a small stack of firewood which they had agreed to take originallyThey never came back for itUnderstand that I am very much a senior and need help from contractors who share my work ethicPlatinum Lawn Care does not qualify...........not even closeFor all I know they are good at lawn work, but landscapers they are not
