Upon discussing with Lindsey, we've explained that since our mattress covers are completely organic and do not have any pre-shrinkage treatment, we've mad our covers marginally bigger in order to allow for shrinkageThus we suggest washing the cover prior to it being used, after which the fit will be perfectWe've then followed up with said customer to ensure that they were satisfied with the results and have even offered to send a new mattress cover to see if that would be a better fit in the particular crib they were using, which is known to be a bit smaller than most standard cribs

I have made arrangements to refund the $in full to Ms.*** and will pay here the initial deposit back Wednesday October 4th 2017.I have communicated with her today Friday September th 2017.Thanks *** Coleman Platinum Home Improvements
