Worked really well and the healing cream is like magic - only wish I could find this product again would definitely buy it again

We ordered 1 vial of your Skincell and have since received 3 more that we didn't ask for and have been billed for.
We want the deliveries to stop and to be reimbursed for three vials that we did not order for a total of $210.00.
By the way it does not work. Total scam. I gave it 1 star but doesn't deserve that.

I AM MOST UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS PRODUCT IT IS A SCAM USING THE SHARK TANK TO SELL THE PRODUCT. I HAVE SINCE LEARNT THIS PRODUCT WAS NEVER ON SHARK TANK. THE AD PURPORTED TO BE FOR AUSTRALIAN AUDIENCES AT AUD46 AND MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED AUD120. DELIVERY SUPPOSED TO BE IN 5 DAYS TURNED OUT TO TAKE 30 DAYS. AFTER THE ADVERTISER SENT ME AN EMAIL TO SAY I HAD AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED FOR REPEAT BOTTLES WHICH I HAD NOT!
IT IS USELESS. EVEN AFTER BEING SURE IT WAS A SCAM, I USED IT FOR 4 WEEKS WITH NO RESULT. CAN YOU PLEASE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH YOUR CLIENT ASA I WANT TO CLAIM A REFUND OF AUD120.
