Platinum Green Coffee

Review: I went online and purchased what I thought to be a one month supply of Green Coffee Extract (diet supplement) with free shipping. When the order was finished, after I put my credit card info in, I noticed that it charged me for 5 bottles. Instead of the $39.99. I was charged $100.00. I called every number on the website and was told that they didn't have an order for me. I called the bank to stop the payment but they already have received an authorization. After talking to a customer service rep for over an hour that could not understand what I needed, she told me to expect a call from the supervisor. I spoke with *.*. [redacted], Floor Supervisor,(so he says). He told me that they didn't have an order in their system and that they use "streamline" shipping. I told him that I owned an online business before and that they should be able to call the vendor and stop the shipment and/or issue a refund since the product has not shipped yet. My concern is that the advertising was fradulent and misleading. He could not tell me who owned the company. Once they have your money, there is no way of tracing the order. I asked them if I receive the product would I get a refund. He told me that they will charge me a restocking fee of $5.99 per bottle. I told him that I was not going to pay a restocking fee when I asked you NOT to ship it in the first place. I'm a believer in small business and online business. I've had several online companies myself so I expect customer service to be better with order tracking, even if, they dropship it from a supplier. Then there's a disclosure at the bottom of the webpage in small print, that I didn't see until this morning that I will be charged 6.97 per month for a subscription to a fitness magazine. I told Mr. [redacted] that I did not want this either so they need not charge me for that. I'm probably have to cancel my bank card because of this poor transaction. I want to make sure that they do not defraud consumers again. Please let me know what you find out
