Review: [redacted] from this company was contracted out from [redacted] insurance to fix our pool filter motor. It initially took him over a month to repair it after multiple calls to Platinum and to [redacted]. Three months later the "new part" is now not working and making a very loud sound. We have tried calling Platinum Pool Care multiple times to resolve this but just like the first time they do not return calls or answer calls. I have checked their reviews on [redacted] on here and they have multiple complaints of the same issue. Parts going bad after being replaced, not answering calls or returning, and even using refurbished parts when doing repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to return my calls, come back out and take a look at the part that they replaced only 3 months ago and tell me why it is not working and replace it again. I would also like to see that the part that they use to replace it is brand new and not refurbished.

To Whom It May Concern,

We have a program that digitally records all phone calls made. I do show that the number from the complaint has called but has not left a message. As for the home owners motor and [redacted], the home owner needs to call [redacted] and file a new work order. It is outside the warranty period that the homeowner has contracted with the [redacted]. The motor was rebuilt as per our contract we are able to rebuild and use refurbished parts.
